At Southend Pharmacy, we offer a Warfarin Monitoring Service. In a private area, our trained pharmacist will take a small finger-prick blood sample, process it through a specialised machine, and discuss the result and possible dose changes of Warfarin. A result will also be sent to your Doctor.
